Bakit sila sabay-sabay lumabas na naka wheelchair? 2. Diba balik MECQ kayo, PWDs are not allowed to hold an FM Pass, right? 3. Ano ba purpose nila when they traveled from Tarlac to Rizal? 4. You have cars, did you send one to help them out travel back and forth? 5. Tio Moreno Reacts to Senator Risa Hontiveros

Post from Tio Moreno

Tio Moreno Reacts to Senator Risa Hontiveros Let’s have a throwback👌🏼 There are alleged unauthorized bonuses PhilHealth released to employees in 2009, 2010, and 2014 with the amount of P163.85M. “Ghost pneumonia” patients were uncovered in 2015 following the report that Pneumonia is the top health condition PhilHealth paid in 2014. Out of 78B total benefit payment that year, it has accumulated 7.6B. You, Risa Hontiveros, took the office in 2014 and became a member of the PhilHealth board until October 2015. What did you do to clean the agency? Tulog ka sa mga panahong iyon? You’re right though, dapat panagutin yong mga napatunayang tiwali. Nakatatawa lang dahil tahimik mo noon, dami mong kuda ngayon tungkol sa kurapsyon. It was only last year when fraudulent schemes that led to at least P154 billion (US$2.94 billion) losses in PhilHealth that were uncovered. This goes with dead patients undergoing kidney dialysis, ghost patients getting cancer treatments, and fake members. Case in point: One patient from Quezon City was getting free dialysis, but even after she died in 2016, PhilHealth continued paying the rest of the dialysis. Sana all! 🙄 Who was the president during this time? PNoy, right? What did he do to fight the corruption inside PhilHealth? Wala. Puro pakipot para magmukhang disente. To be honest it’s only Duterte who had the courage to order the arrest of the dialysis center owners for “ghost” kidney treatments and reorganize PhilHealth leadership in 2019. Despite his effort to clean the system, corruption is undeniably present. Haaaays PhilHealth, because of you, I am now saving money to buy two sets of laptops— with one amounting to P4.11 million, while another is worth P115.32 million. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Those people who are blaming Duterte for the 15B amount stolen are truly out of their minds. It’s either you are blaming him because you are UNINFORMED or you are blaming him because isa kang BUGOK na pa woke. PS: In 2007 Congressional hearing, the Vice President of Health Finance Policy testified that since 1995 PhilHealth had lost as much as 4B due to fraudulent claims. What I’m pertaining to the ‘alarming corruption’ in 2015 is about the ghost pneumonia patients because it’s where the biggest chunk of money went off. #RisaHontiveros #PhilHealth #PhilHealthCorruption #PhilHealthAnomaly #NetizensReactionToRisaHontiveros #COVID19PH #Covid_19 #SolidDDS #MassTesting #MassTestingPH #MECQ #9Trillion

Post from  The Imperial Patriarch

The real face of these Twitter wokes. Post from The Imperial Patriarch Imagine being *TRIGGERED* from a different opinion. And imagine ruining a person’s livelihood because you’re too immature to hold a small conversation without having a mental breakdown. These kinds of people, the emotionally ill and psychologically stunted wokes shouldn’t be allowed to have a voice in social media. - If you can't explain concepts properly without being triggered, you don't understand them well enough and you're not really "desente". - If you can't allow a different person to hold an opinion, you're can't really call yourself an advocate of Freedom of Speech. - If you can't be in the presence of those you call "DDS" or anyone you don't agree with, you're not really "tolerant" - If the first thing that you notice on people is their political inclination and the labels you've made for them and then become violent even in your thoughts the moment they speak, you're a hateful bigot. Oh diba, uno reverse card for the wokes. This is what you get if you intentionally expose yourself to a platform like Twitter where everyone’s supposed to agree with you in your liberal echo-chamber paradise. That’s why when these liberals try to write anything on Facebook, they sound outright funny yet annoying at the same time like a spoiled kid with tantrums. Notice how liberals are so filled with their cancel culture, they want to cancel everyone who they can't agree with. Freedom of speech is a disguise. Freedom of speech for them, isha prank. Edit: GRAB has its own standard of rating. Your opinion on his opinion has nothing to do with anything. If you stepped out of his vehicle and you're not late, you're in the right destination, and you are safe from harm, you owe him at least 3 stars and above. The problem is because liberals are such snowflakes, a single, one-line, observation from the driver is already harmful to them. - Would you ever rate a driver poorly because he has a different opinion? — The Imperial Patriarch #HaroldBandejas #NetizensReactionToHaroldBandejas #TheImperialPatriarch #COVID19PH #Covid_19 #MassTesting #MassTestingPH #RodrigoDuterte #PresidentDuterte #Duterte #MECQ #9Trillion #SolidDDS

DOH announces 38,075 COVID-19 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 65,064.

Post from Tio Moreno

DOH announces 38,075 COVID-19 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 65,064. A total of 3,954 confirmed cases are reported based on the total tests done by 80 out of 91 current operational labs. We #ExplainExplainExplain: Of the 38,075 recoveries reported today, 909 were based on Regional Epidemiology & Surveillance Unit (RESU) updates and 37,166 was part of the time-based tagging methodology (cases with mild disease or asymptomatic whose date of onset of illness or specimen collection was more than 14 days ago and shall be tagged as recovered as per DOH DM 2020-0258) from the enhanced data reconciliation efforts with local government units. The same reconciliation effort also explains the 3,954 new cases reported today, of which 1,320 cases are fresh cases, and 2,634 are late cases. Of the newly reported cases, 3,801 (96%) occurred in July, of which, 1,602 (42%) were from NCR and 955 (25%) from Region 7. Of the 23 deaths, 19 (83%) in July, 3 (13%) in June, and 1 (4%) in April. Deaths were from NCR (12 or 52%), Region 7 (8 or 35%), Region 3 (1 or 4%), and Region 4A (1 or 4%); 1 case (4%) had an unspecified region. There were sixty-six (66) duplicates that were removed from the total case count. Of these, six (6) recovered cases and two (2) deaths have been removed. Moreover, one (1) case that was previously reported to have recovered has been validated to have died and already included in the count of new deaths. These numbers undergo constant cleaning and validation. Of the 38,075 recoveries reported today, 909 were based on Regional Epidemiology & Surveillance Unit (RESU) updates and 37,166 was part of the time-based tagging methodology (cases with mild disease or asymptomatic whose date of onset of illness or specimen collection was more than 14 days ago and shall be tagged as recovered as per DOH DM 2020-0258) from the enhanced data reconciliation efforts with local government units.

TOTOO BA NA ANG BALIK PROBINSYA ANG NAGDALA NG COVID SA PROBINSYA? - Not true. - The Balik Probinsya program of Senator Bong Go is a long term policy program. These are stranded OFWs, students, laborers, tourists, and the like. - Proper measures were undertaken to ensure the stop of the spread of the virus. Prior to the LSI returning back to their provinces, they undertake tests and are given health, quarantine, and police clearances. ***There are reported cases of LSIs who were tested positive, but is the government to be blamed on this? BAKIT WALANG MAS TESTING NOONG UNA PA LANG?

Post from Tio Moreno

Friend, logistics takes time, procurement takes time, the test takes time. We need an RT-PCR test that requires Biosafety level 2 labs. In February, we only had 1 Biosafety level two lab that’s capable of handling 250 tests per day. If you are so aggressive to say that we need to build more laboratories, please understand that it’s not easy as ordering an item from Shopee, Amazon, or Lazada. The lab needs to have at least three rooms: virus inactivation, reagent preparation, and the PCR machine room. And there are 5 stages of validation required by DOH. Stage 1 includes a 133-item self-assessment checklist; Stage 2 includes an on-site visit by the DOH, the RITM, and the World Health Organization (WHO). Stage 3 includes a three-day personnel training session at RITM; By Stages 4 and 5, RITM re-tests five samples tested by the lab to confirm if they arrive at the same results, after which they will be certified. https://www.cdc.gov/.../lab/lab-biosafety-guidelines.htmlhttps://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/lab/lab-biosafety-guidelines.html?fbclid=IwAR2XD8krF6kuYdP8IxEItV--yQiBQSHN94bOSQFI1M2gwbk_LNJAU0TIHGc Good thing that we already had 28 testing labs as of May. So if 1 lab can cater 250 tests, that means 28 labs can cater to 7000 tests per day. But is it enough for Targeted Testing? No. Hence, our government has worked to increase the capacity of targeted testing to 30,000/ day. https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/1268063/doh-eyes-30k-covid-19-tests-per-day-by-end-of-may?fbclid=IwAR1lJ5WQRRHmU0DPYXY0q853NKnnfHouhMD7uuq_MSThXY4YMBQ0N7Kfmc8 #COVID19PH #Covid_19 #MassTesting #MassTestingPH #RodrigoDuterte #PresidentDuterte #Duterte #MECQ #9Trillion

GOVERNMENT’S INCOMPETENCE: REASON FOR MECQ —-says a woke who’s a destitute of knowledge but acting like an armchair medical expert.

GOVERNMENT’S INCOMPETENCE: REASON FOR MECQ —-says a woke who’s destitute of knowledge but acting like an armchair medical expert. I was browsing twitter earlier and found out that MECQ is a top trend. When I checked on the leading tweets, they seem to be blaming the government for the alarming number of positive cases. Our first COVID19 case was IMPORTED not LOCALLY TRANSMITTED. This was reported on January 30. Other countries first cases date: Vietnam: Jan. 23 Japan: Jan. 16 Thailand: Jan. 13 Singapore: Jan. 23 We automatically banned travels from China last February 2,2020 following the positive confirmations of a Chinese tourist who had a travel history & was able to visit Wuhan, China. Other Countries travel ban dates: Vietnam: Feb. 1 Japan: Feb. 1 Thailand: Mar. 11 Singapore: Jan. 29 It was only on March 5 that a couple with no travel history was found positive, that means LOCAL TRANSMISSION is already present. This transmission happens when there is interaction. Hence, on March 9, Duterte declared this as a PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY. Despite the government’s mandates, it’s evident that there are still others who find a way to converge, gather in a massive number, and become the vectors for the disease. Pinoy talaga, may COVID na, nagsasabong (cockfight) pa. Since many cases were uncovered thereafter, WHO announced COVID19 as pandemic on March 11. NCR was lockdown on March 15. We had our National lockdown on March 17. We are actually the first country in Southeast Asia to respond to this pandemic by restricting mobility thru lockdown. Other countries lockdown dates: Vietnam: April 1 Japan: April 7 Thailand: April 3 Singapore: April 3 We didn’t have a lockdown in January because if the gov’t did not weigh things out & didn’t listen to the directives from WHO, DOH, and local medical experts, PHILIPPINES would be bankrupt by now. Remember that the gov’t should mitigate carefully on Epidemic Risk Management to minimize health and economic consequences. Therefore, Looking at how other countries respond to the COVID19 pandemic, Duterte’s decisive and timely approaches are just appropriate and calculated based on the Philippines financial capabilities and health care system capacities taking into account social and economic repercussions. The increasing number of COVID19 cases in this country is not a valid basis for saying that the government is incompetent and that they haven’t done something to end it. There simply isn't any logical causal relationship between evidence and verdict. People who have the virus were not infected by the President or government officials. Nor were they ordered to get themselves infected. A more reasonable hypothesis would be to say that the number of people now infected by this virus is proof that most people in this country are idiots. So stupid in fact that as soon as the quarantine is relaxed, we drive the statistics sky-high. Tapos e blame niyo naman gobyerno bakit bumalik sa MECQ?
