Krizette Laureta Chu Reacts to Senator Risa Hontiveros

Post from Krizette Laureta Chu

Krizette Laureta Chu Reacts to Senator Risa Hontiveros MANININGIL ANG KASAYSAYAN, DI BA, SENATOR RISA HONTIVEROS? Philhealth doesn’t need to put out TV ads starring its Philhealth chairmen—but when Risa Hontiveros was going to run for Senator, her ads were always running on TV, across multiple channels. Back then the cost to run the ad was about P440,000 (no tax yet, just basic cost) per 30 seconds. (PER 30 seconds.) How many times did the PHILHEALTH ad. come out? Former Senator Ernesto Herrera once warned that the public health fund was losing money for advertising during Risa’s imminent run for Senate in 2016, as Philhealth was spending for her information campaign. KAILANGAN NGA NAMAN, Risa ran and lost in 2013. (I think she also lost in 2010. She badly needed the Philhealth platform.) One of the many ways the previous administration “legalized” it's spending for elections using our own money. (Many years ago, Loren Legarda would also have PHILHEATH ads.) As if kailangan ni Philhealth mag ad, at kailangan si Risa Hontiveros pa talaga, during the times she was running for Senate. ANONG TAWAG SA GARAPALANG PAG GAMIT NG PHILHEALTH TO HELP BOOST AWARENESS ABOUT RISA? Tapos ngayon, after nakinabang sa Philhealth, NAG MAMAANG MAANGAN that she doesn’t know about the plunder that happened there. Ok Risa, how did you allow this to happen? I hope the COMMISSION ON AUDIT breaks down the actual expenditure because this aired for many months. Pero Risa kung si Duque gumamit ng Philhealth ads for propaganda, your hypocrite mouth will run off for sure, pretending to be some social justice warrior concerned about the spending, ano? You’re not some social justice warrior, Risa, you’re just paying off your utang na loob to the administration that finally gave you your much desired Senate seat. Thinking Pinoy Reacts to Senator Risa Hontiveros

Thinking Pinoy Reacts to Senator Risa Hontiveros ANTI HOSPITAL DEPOSIT LAW? EPAL NA NAMAN SI HONTIVEROS While I am happy that the Anti-Hospital Deposit Law was enacted into law, I find it utterly ironic that Senator Risa Hontiveros, of all people, is its author. Hontiveros was a director and a board member of the state company Philhealth, the same company that's supposed to provide universal health coverage. During her Philhealth stint, Hontiveros turned a blind eye on the P1.7 billion in illegal bonuses Philhealth issued in 2013 when she was still a board member. "It has never been reported that she has exerted any effort for the return of the illegal bonuses. Nobody knows if she had even opposed the unauthorized bonuses, or had just simply went along with those who allowed it," said Atty. Jesus Santos, founding chair of the National Association of Lawyers for Justice and Peace [http://bit.ly/2ubWnyQ]. Hontiveros also used Philhealth funds to pay for ads that show her face, a typical "technique" used by traditional politicians desperate to boost name recall in time for the election season. Hontiveros participated in Philhealth's corruption, despite Philhealth's chronically delayed reimbursements to hospitals, so delayed that some hospitals even had to delay salary payments to their doctors just to make ends meet. If you were really serious about promoting universal healthcare, you would not have spent millions of Philhealth's funds on self-promotion. You would have looked into the P1.7 billion Philhealth Bonus Scam. But you didn't. Sabi mo noon, "You didn't ask (to be featured in the ads)," pero pumayag ka rin naman [http://bit.ly/2vAa7nt]. 'Teh, malakas ang loob mong magpanukala ng bill na yan dahil alam mong may pera na... perang nalikom not because of you, but in spite of you. Epal ka na naman. #RisaHontiveros #PhilHealth #PhilHealthCorruption #PhilHealthAnomaly #NetizensReactionToRisaHontiveros #Philippines #Corruption #COVID19PH #Covid_19 #SolidDDS #MassTesting #MassTestingPH #MECQ #9Trillion

Opinion: Freedom Of Speech in The Philippines

Post by Krizette Laureta Chu

Sabi nila kaya daw ayaw nila yung anti terrorism law because they will have no freedom of speech and they will be arrested just for protesting. The Anti Terrorism Law took effect a week ago, and the government can start arresting IF their premise were true. So... mali kayo, or sinungaling kayo? Two choices only. OPINION FROM: Krizette Laureta Chu #SONA2020 #DuterteSONA2020

Palace to Pangilinan: Dare Congress, not Duterte, to pass anti-political dynasty bill

Luminous by Trixie Cruz-Angeles & Ahmed Paglinawan reacts to Senator Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan"

Luminous by Trixie Cruz-Angeles & Ahmed Paglinawa reacts to Senator Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan" Conflagration. Kanina munting paso lang. Ngayon tila third degree burns. Kakaibang tama rin naman sa isip ang hamunin ang pangulo na itulak ang anti dynasty law. Una, haller? bakit di nila ginawa o tinulak nung panahon ni Noynoy? And let's not forget, ANO GINAWA NI MRS. AQUINO nung presidente siya. Di ba ideals nila ang isinaksak sa 1987 constitution? Pero hindi rin niya inicertify as urgent yang batas against dynasties. Baka nganaman magtampo ang mga Sumulong, Cojuanco, Aquino etc. Ang tagal nang dekorasyon lamang ang probisyon na ito sa saligang batas, tapos for some reason, si Duterte may kasalanan dahil hindi pinapasa ang enabling act nito? Pangalawa, eh hindi ba senador ka? Trabaho mo yan. Unless willing kang aminin na you don't have the political werewithal, means, or even motivation to do that. Really, Senator Pangilinan, what were you thinking?
